- Membership details — the branch you select, the package you buy, your start and end dates, your preferred training time, and whether you purchase personal training.
- Health information — where you tell us about a medical condition, injury or limitation relevant to your safety, particularly for personal training. This is sensitive data and we treat it with additional care.
- Identification — we may check your Emirates ID or passport at the branch to confirm your identity. We record only that a check was made and, where required, the reference number.
- Correspondence — messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or in person.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data when you use our website, such as your device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Attendance records when you access a branch.
- CCTV footage in communal areas of our premises, recorded for safety and security. Cameras are not placed in changing rooms or bathrooms.
Card details. We never see or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. Online payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems. We receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference number.
3. Why we use your information
- To provide your membership — registering you, granting access, calculating your membership dates, and scheduling personal training.
- To take and confirm payment — processing your order and issuing receipts and VAT invoices.
- To keep you and others safe — responding to injuries or emergencies, and maintaining security on our premises.
- To communicate with you — confirming your booking, answering questions, and notifying you of changes to opening hours or facilities.
- To meet legal obligations — including tax and VAT record-keeping requirements under UAE law.
- To improve our services — understanding which packages, branches and training times are most used.
We rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent where you provide health information, and compliance with legal obligations, as the bases for this processing.
4. Marketing
We may contact you about offers, new facilities or membership renewals. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us at . Opting out of marketing does not stop essential messages about your existing membership.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:
- Our payment provider, to process card payments and handle refunds or disputes.
- Our website hosting provider, which stores booking records generated by our website.
- Our personal trainers, who receive only the information needed to train you safely.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, where required.
- Government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected to a comparable standard.
6. WhatsApp communications
When you complete a booking, our website can open WhatsApp with your booking details pre-filled so you can send them to us. Sending that message is your choice. Once sent, the message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as this policy.
7. How long we keep your information
- Membership and attendance records: for the duration of your membership and up to 5 years afterwards.
- Payment and VAT records: at least 5 years, as required by UAE tax law.
- CCTV footage: typically 30 to 90 days, unless retained for an active incident or investigation.
- Health information: for the duration of your membership and deleted within 12 months of it ending, unless needed for a legal claim.
8. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections on our website, restricted staff access on a need-to-know basis, and secure handling of payment data by our certified payment provider. No system is completely secure, but we take these responsibilities seriously.
9. Your rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
